Ben obtained his bachelor’s degree from UCLA and his law degree from Pepperdine Law School. After graduating, he turned down several high paying job offers to work for a personal injury law firm. In 2009, he fulfilled his dream and founded his own injury law firm. Since that time, Ben has represented thousands of clients and has achieved over $40 million dollars in verdicts and settlements. Some of his notable cases include a $5.7 Million dollar recovery for a man injured in a truck accident, a $3.1 Million dollar recovery for a man who was involved in a motorcycle accident, a $3.5 Million dollar recovery for a pedestrian who was hit by a car. In 2019 and 2020 alone, Ben has achieved over $8,000,000 in verdicts and settlements. Because of his trial experience, Ben is able to obtain superior results for his clients. His most recent trial was in 2019, before Covid put a temporary stop to all trials. In his free time, Ben does considerable volunteer and pro-bono work for the community. More than anything, he gets great satisfaction from helping people and this is clear from the way he treats each and every one of his clients like family.
